POLICIES
WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU
At SHAÈP, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality, relaxing and respectful experience for every client. To keep our studio running smoothly and to honour the time of our artists and clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies below.
• We require deposits for all Reshaèps, Laminations and Lash Lifts to secure your booking.
• Maintenance appointments do not require a deposit.
• We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the appointment fee will be added to your account and must be paid before rebooking.
• A no-show will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if adequate notice is provided.
• By booking with SHAÈP, you agree to our deposit and cancellation terms.
To respect the clients booked after you, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
The full service fee still applies.
Patch tests are recommended for new clients or those with known sensitivities to tints, dyes or lamination/lifting solutions.
If you choose to decline a patch test, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
All cosmetic tattoo appointments (including lip blushing) require a non-refundable deposit due to the extended booking time.
Please arrive with healthy, unbroken skin and no active cold sores.
Products may be exchanged if they are faulty and returned within 14 days.
We cannot accept opened or used products due to hygiene regulations.
We often take before & after photos or short clips for educational or marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, just let your artist know prior to your service — no worries at all.
All appointments must be paid in full on the day of service.
Hygiene & Health Policy
If you have any active infections, irritations, cold sores (for PMU), or contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
This ensures the safety and comfort of both clients and artists.
Each service comes with a tailored aftercare guide.
Results depend on following the recommended aftercare, and we cannot be responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare.
Minor adjustments can be made within 48 hours of your service at no charge.
Requests made outside this timeframe may require a full appointment.
At Shaèp, your privacy matters to us. When you create an account or purchase/rent our tutorials, we collect the information we need to give you access and make your experience smooth, like your name, email, and payment details.
We use this info to deliver your videos, support your account, and occasionally send updates about your purchases (only if you’ve opted in). Your details are never sold or shared for marketing, and all payments are securely handled by our provider.
We may use cookies to make your experience better and remember your preferences, but you can manage these through your browser settings.
